THE BANDI (the "Company") maintains this privacy policy in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, to protect users' personal information and to handle related concerns promptly.
Name, phone number, email, truck model and the content of your inquiry. Dealer applications also include company name, contact person and region.
Responding to inquiries, sending requested documents, reviewing dealer applications, and processing quotes and orders.
One year from the date of collection, after which the data is destroyed without delay. Where the law requires longer retention, the data is kept for that period.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent. For consultations, your inquiry may be forwarded to the dealer you select.
Electronic files past their retention period are deleted by means that prevent recovery.
Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), blocked external access to submission files, and minimized access privileges.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. You may withhold consent, in which case consultations and document delivery may be limited.
