Most-asked questions.
Not answered here? Ask your nearest dealer or send us a message.
Can my truck really handle it?
The camper (approx. 551 lb / 250 kg in base spec) plus options, passengers and cargo must stay within your truck's payload rating. Before you order, your dealer checks this with you for your exact model and year.
Will it fit my bed?
We size the camper's lower box to your bed. It fits 1.5, 1.7 and 1.8 m (5, 5.5 and 6 ft-class) beds and more, from mid-size to full-size; final dimensions are confirmed during consultation.
Do I have to modify my truck?
Mostly not. It fixes to four anchor points in the bed without permanent changes to the truck, and the lift system lets you take it off and put it back on whenever you need. The exception is the KGM Musso EV: its sports bar has to be cut down and finished with a dedicated cover. We'll tell you which fittings your vehicle needs during consultation.
How long does setup take?
Raising the tent is a single motion. Base Camp Mode takes a few minutes more — remove the turnbuckles, lift the camper on the jacks and drive the truck out, then extend the outriggers and lower the jacks to level it. Choose ground that's as level as possible.
Can I leave it off the truck for days?
Yes, with the outrigger option. While the truck is away, the camper stands on its outriggers with your gear inside.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on configuration, so it isn't published here. Your nearest dealer quotes directly for your truck and options.
Is it suited to cold climates?
The 1-inch (25 mm) GRP panels insulate well and the windows are double-pane. Talk to your dealer about real winter use together with the diesel heater option.
Who services it if something goes wrong?
Service is handled by the dealer you bought from. Major repairs are carried out at our headquarters in Hwaseong, Korea, which also supplies parts and technical support. Warranty terms are set out in your purchase contract.
